Grilling Steaks

Having a picnic or barbeque this holiday weekend? Then try this tip when grilling steaks.
Let raw steaks sit for 30 to 35 minutes before you put them on the grill so they reach room temperature. The cooked steaks will have a better texture and better taste. When grilling the steaks, test for doneness by touching them. The softer the steak, the less cooked it is.
